The same new laptop will be in the neighborhood of $750.00.

The prices are usually at a discounted price. Some retailers will offer a 1-year warranty on most refurbished products. This is a major plus for those who are unsure of purchasing a computer that was returned for some reason. Another place to search for refurbished laptops for decent prices would be online auction sites like eBay or Craigslist. There are hundreds of listings on these sites. Keep in mind when buying from online auction sites is that there may or may not be a possibility of warranties. So be cautious when using online auction web sites when purchasing products.
