Term life insurance
After writing about insurances I have received tons of email with questions. I will try to answer as well as I can. You can read post if you if you are looking for term life insurance if not just read about men gadgets.
Term life insurance is affordable because it does not accrue a cash value and only pays the death benefit. Therefore, the initial premium is much lower, allowing you to easily budget for your coverage.
Term life insurance is sold as policies that cover a predetermined number of years: 10, 20 or 30 years, for example. As a young physician, it probably is best to purchase a policy that covers the maximum number of years.
This type of insurance is an especially effective financial risk transfer tool for young, growing families with limited income and substantial financial obligations such as home mortgages, student loans or automobile loans. If the need for insurance coverage lasts beyond 30 years, a low cost Universal Life or Whole Life policy may be more appropriate for your situation.
